1. Payment Terms:
For the graphic/web design services provided, full payment is due upfront. The Client shall provide 100% of the quoted fee prior to commencement of the work.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
Fifty percent (50%) of the full payment is deemed as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the time and services of the Designer and is non-refundable, even if the date of the project changes or if it is cancelled for any reason.
3. Turnaround Time:
The Designer will complete the work within seven (7) days from the receipt of full payment. However, the client should be prepared for completion as early as within seventy-two (72) hours. The Client will be notified in case of any delay in the project turnaround.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Client Cancellation:
If the Client wishes to cancel the project after making the payment, they should notify the Designer in writing as soon as possible. The non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Designer in all cases of client cancellation.
2. Designer Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the Designer is unable to complete the project due to unexpected circumstances, they reserve the right to cancel the project. In this case, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be made to the Client within a reasonable time frame.
3. Refunds:
In line with the non-refundable deposit policy, no refunds will be issued once the project has begun, except in the specific circumstance where the Designer is unable to complete the project.
4. Revisions and Changes:
Any revisions or changes to the project after the agreement has been signed may result in additional fees. These additional fees will be discussed and must be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are implemented.
This payment and cancellation policy ensures the clarity of expectations for both the Designer and Client, providing a solid foundation for a successful business relationship. By making the payment, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to comply with these policies.
